International Shipping

At Dorothy Dean Designs, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
Standard Items
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items
Due to their personalized or made-to-order nature, custom items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos will be required for verification, and a replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate.

If approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA).
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization and postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges for the same item in a different size or color may be available, subject to inventory.
Return Shipping
Defective or damaged items: Return shipping is covered.
Standard returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
International returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:
Final sale or clearance items
Undergarments or hygiene-related products
Worn, washed, or altered items
Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective)
All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
International Returns
